Documentation Workflow — From Notes to Published Page

Capture

Initial ideas, sketches, and technical notes are collected in raw form.
This stage focuses on clarity of thought, not formatting.

Structure

Notes are organized into a clear outline:

  • purpose
  • context
  • technical details
  • diagrams or dataflow (if needed)
  • conclusions

This ensures consistency across all Laboratory pages.

Draft

A first version of the content is written using the Lab’s minimal, technical style.
Narrative elements are avoided unless explicitly required.

Review

The draft is checked for:

  • technical accuracy
  • coherence
  • terminology consistency
  • alignment with existing Lab sections

Corrections are applied iteratively.

Publish

The content is transferred into the appropriate section:

  • Architectures
  • Design Notes
  • RTL Library
  • Engineering Workflows

Formatting is kept minimal and consistent with the Lab’s identity.

Maintain

Updates are applied as new insights emerge.
Documentation evolves with the Laboratory’s work.
